Das Lebenselixir f\u00fcr unsere t\u00e4gliche Arbeit gibt uns das wunderbare Territorium Liguriens, in dem unsere Wurzeln fest verankert sind. Angefangen in Stellanello, wo unser Familienbetrieb seinen Ursprung hat und wo sich noch unsere Olivenhaine befinden, bis hin zur \u00d6lm\u00fchle in Alassio: Unsere Hingabe durchzieht Zeit und Raum.\r\n\r\nDabei haben wir ein Ziel nie aus den Augen verloren: die \u00dcberlieferung der traditionellen Produktionsverfahren, bei denen ein naturreines, unverf\u00e4lschtes Produkt entsteht. Unsere Oliven werden zwischen Granitbl\u00f6cken gemahlen, so wie es bereits unsere Gro\u00dfv\u00e4ter taten, und kalt gepresst. Das Ergebnis ist der sogenannte Most, bestehend aus einer Emulsion aus reinem \u00d6l und der Vegetationsfl\u00fcssigkeit der Olive. Daraus entstehen dann unsere Produkte mit verschiedensten Eigenschaften.
