The Frantoio Armato production has been linked to Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil for five generations. Our roots are well planted in the Ligurian territory, from which we draw the sap that nourishes our work. From Stellanello, where our family business had origin, and where our olive groves are still located, to the Alassio oil mill: our dedication has never stopped.
Our goal has always been to pass on traditional production techniques and create a product as genuine as possible. Our olives are worked with stone mills, as our grandparents did, and are cold-pressed. We produce an extra virgin olive oil must, from which we obtain some other products with various characteristics. In our catalogue it is possible to choose between the delicate U RE Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, with very low acidity; the sweet and slightly fruity S-Ciappa extra virgin olive oil; the simplest and densest classic fruity extra virgin olive oil and the traditional Italian non-extra virgin olive oil.
